Tim Majka was a pleasure to work with! Personality-wise, Tim is easy going and, being that he also is a licensed attorney, we felt he offers quite competent advice when it came to negotiations and the contract legalese, plus additional paperwork. Barbara, his office right hand gal, made things flow smoothly in the background.Tim always returned our calls quickly, if not immediately, and helped guide us through a slightly difficult purchase of a sub $200k Own Your Own apartment.
